Kräuterreich by Vitus Winkler

Rooted in centuries-old tradition, Winkler and his wife Eva-Maria run the Sonnhof by Vitus Winkler gourmet hotel in St. Veit.

The heart of the hotel is the two-star gourmet restaurant, Kräuterreich. The newly designed interior is completely understated and focuses on Vitus’s excellent and creative dishes. The simple yet thoughtful use of natural materials exudes an elegance and naturalness that is reflected in the plates.

In addition to the dining area, the kitchen, the buffet area, and some of the hotel rooms were completely redesigned and, based on the design concept of the Kräuterreich, created a harmonious overall look.
