The single-storey office and residential building blends sensitively into the alpine landscape with its clearly articulated form. The architectural concept aimed to combine a contemporary, minimalist design language with regional building traditions and natural materials. Through its horizontal layout and low building height, the structure integrates respectfully into the topography and the surrounding mountain scenery.

The design is anchored by a concrete wall along the street side, which provides the building with a solid backbone and forms the base for the expansive cantilevered flat roof.
