The two compact structures (two and three floors respectively), which face each other and are connected by a stairwell, create two large green spaces, a public area (parking, courtyard with fountain) and a private area as a shared resident garden (grill pit, etc.).

The outdoor areas are connected by a ring-shaped path around the building.
