COMP Retirement home

The new structure shall serve as an urban interface between the public realm and a private residential quarter, whereby it must fulfil various reactions to its environment.
The structure integrates into the scale of the existing senior home structures, responds to the skewed southwestern property border with its tiering, and opens the development to the new public thoroughfare.

The layout of the new structure reincorporates the shift from compact space elements and an open/transparent building structure.
