Aparthotel “DAS BLEIBT”

The existing multi-storey residential building from 1982 was retained in its basic structure and expanded and converted into an aparthotel with 16 apartment units.
The concept includes clear room sequences, independent material and detail language in the apartments and the creation of superordinate areas of use such as lounge, bicycle repair shop and so on.

The project was created in collaboration: interior design Kotrasch Ges.m.b.H.& CoKG
