Round Table Salzburg

16 July 2020

On July 8, 2020, the city’s 12th Round Table on “Building with wood. A future model? Sustainable building as the key to successful climate protection” was held. In addition to Arch Tom Lechner, who served as a guest speaker, experts were invited from the planning and construction industries.

The building material wood is the building material of the future as a renewable, regionally available raw material with a high climate protection effect, not only in rural but also increasingly in urban areas. Due to the many advantages, especially in connection with energy efficiency and new energy solutions, there is no way in building with wood in the future.
